They actively participate in modern construction projects – from initial planning to final implementation. They take the central responsibility for smooth planning and control of demanding construction projects and ensure that every detail is correct. Central control of the planning of construction projects As an all-rounder (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the planning results in the concept and execution phase as well as for factory and assembly planning – always with the focus on process optimization Quality management in planning with ensuring appointments and costs Development of detailed design, workshop and assembly plans for supporting structures and building envelopes Logistics and organization with piece list creation for tendering, production and assembly for smooth project processing Close cooperation with our sales and planning team

Complete university degree in architecture or civil engineering Relevant professional experience in a similar task, ideally in performance phases 4–7 Funded know-how and experience in the planning and control of building projects Structured and independent working with convincing, targeted communication and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Knowledge of BIM planning methods as well as first experience in lean management
