Clerk for order processing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for order processing of investment goods for dental practices and dental laboratories You conduct factual audits of orders and monitor tracking dates You stand in regular exchange with the customers involved in the order process:inside, supplier:inside, employees:inside and other departments as well as companies You are responsible for creating offers and purchasing capital goods You process complaints and take over organizational and administrative tasks You accompany sales events

You have a successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification You bring professional experience in the above mentioned fields of activity You like to work structured, independent and organized You draw your attention through a pronounced customer and service orientation You have high performance and team skills You are safe in handling MS Office You have fluent German skills (min. C1)
