(Senior) Consultant HR- and Organization Transformation (m/f/d)

What is our business? We translate business strategies into target business models, develop organizational and HR strategies, analyze and benchmark (e.g. RTD, processes, structures, skills, etc.), develop solutions based on data-driven evidence, put them in the corresponding context and formulate clear recommendations for action – everything is there from strategy, organizational design, data analytics/KI to HR-Tech. Our claim: We think holistic and implement – from analysis to sustainable anchoring. How do our projects look? You carry out challenging strategy and analysis projects, design operating models with us and develop strategic personal planning, skills and role models. You are in the middle of what is happening when it comes to process optimization, automation and harmonisation. In doing so, we act as a team and take over each:r conceptual and operational tasks. For you, this means taking individual workstreams to subproject management. How do we work? Advice means for us: together in the team, at eye level, with focus on quality and impact. Whether a board template, a change concept or a project management – you actively shape our projects, take responsibility and bring your expertise in a targeted way. How do we drive innovation forward? We never stand still – and do not expect that from you! You are working on the further development of our consulting tools, developing our service offerings and developing new concepts for organization and HR. We use data, studies, benchmarks – and our desire for future topics.

Problem Solving & Expertise: You have 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in the consulting field, ideally focusing on reorganisation, organizational models or HR topics (e.g. HR strategy, HR TOM, talent management, HR Tech). You bring sound conceptual skills, structured analytics and a strategic view as well as initial experiences in the independent takeover of responsibility for (partial) projects or streams within comprehensive project structures. Communication: You can not only design solutions, but also communicate convincingly – in presentations, workshops and in PowerPoint. You bring complex content to the point and develop tangible solutions. You have presence, you appear confidently and you desire to be addressable. Attitude & Collaboration: You are with heart blood when it comes to teamwork, customer success and further development. You show initiative, take active action, take responsibility – and stay clear and constructive when it becomes challenging. Basics & conditions: An above-averagely successfully completed master's or graduate studies (BWL, natural, human or social sciences), likes to be completed by MBA and/or doctorate. You have German knowledge at native language level and fluent English skills for international project work.
