Problem Solving & Expertise: You have 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in the consulting field, ideally focusing on reorganisation, organizational models or HR topics (e.g. HR strategy, HR TOM, talent management, HR Tech). You bring sound conceptual skills, structured analytics and a strategic view as well as initial experiences in the independent takeover of responsibility for (partial) projects or streams within comprehensive project structures. Communication: You can not only design solutions, but also communicate convincingly – in presentations, workshops and in PowerPoint.
