Head of Hospitality with Prospects Resort Management Full-time (m/f/d)

Our resort is in an intensive development and construction phase, in which processes are sharpened, standards are strengthened and operational structures are consistently implemented. To support the management directly, we are looking for a pragmatic, resilient personality with a strong hands-on mentality that has the pleasure of reliably implementing operational tasks and actively accompanying the daily resort operation. You start as Head Hospitalitiy and form the operational project assistance of the management. In this position you have the opportunity to establish yourself as a manager and to take over the entire resort management in the future. The position is consciously highly operational and is aimed at individuals who like to work in ongoing operations, stabilise processes and support teams in everyday life. Your duties Close coordination with the management and direct operational implementation of tasks Ensuring an excellent guest experience at top international level Development, implementation and continuous optimization of service and quality standards Leadership, coaching and further development of a powerful team Close cooperation with medical, therapeutic and administrative departments Participation in strategic decisions and development of the resort Budget planning, cost control and economic management in Hospitality Professional quality and complaint management
