Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d)

Maintenance Software & Processes: Responsibility for the administration and continuous optimization of maintenance software (CMMS) including templates and evaluation tools as well as for the development, standardization and international rollout of maintenance processes and reliability systems Analysis & Performance: Collection, analysis and evaluation of maintenance and plant data to increase plant availability and overview of the maintenance costs of all production facilities in order to identify and implement optimization potentials at an early stage Maintenance: further development and implementation of strategies for preventive maintenance. Supporting works in the planning and preparation of complex maintenance shutdowns and coordination of all maintenance measures including documentation of relevant damage events Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Active participation in international meetings, organisation of training and promotion of knowledge and experience sharing between sites to sustainably anchor best practices

Training: Successfully completed technical university studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable study direction) and relevant professional experience in the industrial environment. Experience in maintenance, especially in the administration of CMMS systems, is advantageous Know-How: Very good understanding of maintenance and CMMS software, high IT affinity and basic technical knowledge. Finded understanding of technical and compliance-relevant requirements including management-of-Change coupled with reliable knowledge of German and English Personal competencies: Structured, careful and solution-oriented mode of operation, high resilience and flexibility, pronounced team capacity and intercultural awareness readiness to travel: readiness to regular national and international missions, including multi-week stay
