Management of outpatient care, day care & residential care (m/f/d)

Company management: Total responsibility for the operational, economic and qualitative development of five outpatient locations, four day care and two residential parks. Transformation & Organisational Development: Further development of a growing organisation towards clear leadership structures, resilient processes and a sustainablely controllable corporate structure. Management development: Direct management of the area lines, support of the area lines in the development and empowerment of all executives. Quality management: Further development of quality standards, internal control mechanisms and preparation and ensuring sustainable auditability. Economy & control: Responsibility for budget planning, key figures management, earnings development, utilisation and cross-site performance. Outpatient care: Improving reliability, touring and service plan stability, customer orientation and professional control.

Your profile: Qualification:Pflegefachfrau/-mann with completed studies in the field of care management, health management, health economics, social management, business management or a comparable qualification. Leadership experience: Multiannual experience and successful performance as management, or in a comparable management function within an outpatient and semi-steady setting Career skills: Knowledge of outpatient and semi-stationary care as well as the relevant legal, economic and qualitative conditions. Change competence: Detectable experience in the further development of organisations, leadership structures and processes. Economic understanding: Safe handling of key figures, budget responsibility and cross-site control. Personality: You combine clarity and commitment with appreciation, take responsibility and create orientation even in challenging change processes.
