Head of the Children's Day Centre: Planning and control of the daily operation as well as promotion and care of children in close cooperation with parents. Pedagogical leadership: support for child development following the Early Excellence approach and targeted support for the development of individual strengths. Education partnership: building and maintaining a trusted cooperation with parents. Staff management: management and further development of the pedagogical team including service and absence planning, personnel planning, reception and dismissal processes, contracting and budgetary responsibility. Concept development: further development and implementation of the pedagogical concept with a focus on the Early Excellence approach. Cooperation & Network Care: Cooperation with partners in the social area, in particular MUKIVA, and representation of Kita in committees. Project coordination: planning and monitoring of projects such as language-kita or special funding offers. Participation in the Children's Village Association: Participation in senior working groups. Child protection and care protection: Ensuring all legal requirements and proactive coordination of child protection issues with the team and the specialist for child protection.
