Do you bring experience in the administration of ERP systems and a structured way of working? Then we offer you the opportunity to actively support and develop a business-critical application landscape.

You are responsible for the administration, monitoring and stable operation of Microsoft Dynamics (including user, role and authorization management) as well as the maintenance of relevant system parameters. You plan and accompany releases, updates and hotfixes, coordinate maintenance windows and ensure traceability through change and documentation processes. You analyze disturbances in 2nd-/3rd-level support, perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable measures to avoid errors. You control interfaces to adjacent systems (e.g. ERP, DMS, identity management) and ensure data quality, monitoring and logging. You work closely with specialist areas, meet requirements, advise best practices and support process optimizations around Dynamics. You coordinate external service providers, define service levels, check performance results and support budget and license issues. You create and maintain operational documentation, emergency concepts and authorization concepts and contribute to compliance with safety and compliance requirements. You work on IT projects, for example in migrations, cloud integrations or the standardization of operating processes (ITIL-oriented).

You convince by a service-oriented, careful and solution-focused procedure and keep an overview even with parallel topics. You communicate with specialist areas and IT teams, document reliably and act responsibly in dealing with business-critical data. You will be happy to work in the team, but also bring the necessary autonomy to proactively promote topics. You have extensive experience in the administration of ERP systems (lower Microsoft Dynamics, On-Prem and/or Cloud) as well as in the Windows server and Microsoft ecosystem. Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, Power Platform, SQL, Interfaces (REST/SOAP) and Monitoring/Logging are advantageous. Ideally, you bring experience with ITIL processes, license and authorization management as well as basic security practices (e.g. MFA, role models, backup/restore). Very good German knowledge and good English skills complete your profile.
