Development of the Department of Climate Technology: Planning, structuring and implementation of this new division within the company Strategic market integration: analysis of market potential, development of strategies for market launch and acquisition of new customers and projects Team building and leadership: recruitment, training and leadership of a strong team of technicians and professionals Project Management: Management of projects in the field of climate technology, from acquisition to successful implementation, including cost and time control Customer acquisition and support: Building and maintenance of customer relationships, development of individual solutions and advice on climatic issues Quality and Process Management: Ensuring high standards in planning, assembly and service; Implementation of efficient work processes Technical responsibility: Monitoring compliance with all legal, technical and safety-relevant requirements in the field of climate technology

Qualification: Masters in the field of climate technology, heating ventilation climate (HLK) or a comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual experience in climate technology and proven experience in leadership of teams or projects Entrepreneurial thinking: Ability to strategically build a new department and successfully position it on the market Leadership: Experience in team leadership and development Customer proximity: Sovereign handling of customers, solution-oriented work and pronounced service orientation Technical know-how: Knowledge of current technologies and standards in the field of climate technology Soft Skills: organizational talent, communication strength, enforcing ability and team spirit. Mobility: Class B travel and driving licence
