Technical and professional troubleshooting: With your technical expertise, you are responsible for the full functionality of our Home & Garden and smaller industrial products and thus contribute directly to customer satisfaction. Knowledge Generation & Documentation: Your precise detection of fault causes and solutions gives you important insights for our product and service development. Active process optimisation: With your analytical ability and your creative ideas, you contribute significantly to constantly improving our internal service processes and surpassing our service promise.

A successfully completed electrotechnical training – be it electrician, mechatronic, electrical installer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have professional experience in the repair, installation and maintenance of electronic devices, especially if you have already worked with household appliances or power tools. You can control German in a manner that is reliable in order to be able to effectively exchange information with colleagues about technical matters. Basic knowledge of English is a plus point. The work in the two-layer model is a matter of course for you. Night shifts are excluded from us! You are routined in dealing with common office applications, especially Google Workspace. A structured, solution-oriented way of working, a pronounced service orientation and a high quality awareness are what distinguishes you.
