Social pedagogue as participation coordinator (m/f/d)

For the Vitos Disabled Assistance Region Haina and Bad Emstal we are looking for a social pedagogue as a part-time planner (m/w/d) in full or part-time (75-100 percent).

You support the management and the teams in implementing the BTHG, RV 3, tax the cost statements and are responsible for the proper reporting to the cost carrier. You support, train and advise team leaders and professionals in the production of PiTs, biographies and assistance planning, their implementation, evaluation and personalized documentation. You support team leadership and teams in implementing participation, self-determination and social space orientation based on ICF. You support the area management in the reception of new clients. If necessary, you will also work on a regional basis.

You have a completed study of social education, social work or a comparable qualification, e.g. as an educator/in, medical education/in or medical education nurse. You bring professional experience in working with people with cognitive impairment. You are familiar with the BTHG, the Framework Contract 3 and the PIT. The creation of biographies and assistance plans, their evaluation and updating are handled by you safely. You have experiences in designing and performing training, mastering the current PC applications, are owned by a car driver's license and car, which you can also use for service trips.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn €417 or €4.770 including SuE allowance, with long-term professional experience up to €5.634 possible (based on TVöD-B pay group S12, full-time, part-time). There is also a special annual payment and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant.
