For this we are looking for an experienced leadership personality with Hands-on Mentality, which not only ensures ongoing operation, but, together with its team, continuously develops the TAE's learning and event world. As a non-profit educational institution, we invest in a targeted and sustainable manner. That is why we are looking for someone who combines innovation with economic thinking and successfully implements changes with an eye dimension.

You assume the professional and organizational responsibility for our event area and lead a dedicated team of eight employees in the fields of event management, event and media technology, digital learning services and cafeteria. Together with your team, you create optimal framework conditions for successful learning – in presence, online and hybrid formats. In doing so, you combine strategic development with a secure sense of operating daily business. Your tasks include: Leadership, development and promotion of your team Responsibility for and active cooperation in planning, organisation and implementation of our presence, online and hybrid events Further development, standardization and digitization of the organizational processes Expansion of our digital event and learning technologies and support in the design of new learning formats Responsibility for event and media technology as well as their demand-oriented further development Development of modern space and usage concepts for our seminar rooms Optimization of space utilization and development of concepts for renting our premises to external users Ensuring high service quality for speakers and customers Organization of lectures and event-related processes Coordination & Budgeting of Maintenance, Repair and Procurement Measures in the Event Area Close cooperation with other areas of the Academy in the further development of our education Active cooperation in day-to-day business – as part of the team, of course, you will also pack your own

You have several years of professional experience in event management, education management or a comparable service environment and have already successfully assumed leadership responsibility. You will fit us well if you want to make changes active People can motivate, develop and win for common goals Connecting organizational skills with economic thinking to continuously improve processes and structures Bringing interest in technical developments, digitalization and modern learning environments Understanding hybrid learning and event formats as a chance act pragmatically and develop solutions that fit into a non-profit educational institution Take responsibility and make decisions Working service-oriented and working with a wide range of people It is not too bad to take part even when an event is being prepared or short-term support is needed A study or a comparable qualification is welcome. However, your leadership experience, your organizational skills and your ability to develop people, technology and processes are crucial for us.
