Number: MER00041RG The Startups & NeXt Business Innovation team is part of Pioneering NeXt, the future research in the RD. We scout and maintain innovative startups in the international network of Mercedes-Benz. We work closely with internal areas of expertise and external partner platforms (among others we are founding partners of the STARTUP motorway) to identify, evaluate and implement promising technologies and business models. We make an active contribution to the development of innovation and digitalization strategies in the RD sector. As a working student, you support the team with the following tasks: Project and event support - preparation, organisation and follow-up of events. Operational participation in the preparation and execution of events Process support Venture Clienting - Participation in screening, analyzing and evaluating startups, as well as preparation for our Inno clusters. In addition to this, support in data management of startups Documentation and Presentation Support - Creation, Formatting and Translation of Presentations and Documents for Upper Management (i.e. PowerPoint) in compliance with the Corporate Design Guidelines Media monitoring for start-ups and fairs - implementation of Internet and media research incl. Preparation of relevant information Internal and external communication of the STARTUP motorway. These include the support and updating of the intranet and the creation of reports we send there and/or as a newsletter In the team we have fixed days on site in Böblingen and otherwise have the opportunity to work on mobile. If necessary, we are in addition to the defined days in the office. The activity can begin from June 2026.
