As a home technician (w/m/d) HKLS, you can support a fixed customer object and ensure with your team colleagues that the building technology works smoothly.

Your duties

• Maintenance and repair of industrial plants (heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities)

• Procurement of consumables

• Proper documentation and production of Inspection reports

• Instruction and support of external employees (w/m/d) and Coordination of your services

• Contact person for technical inquiries or interference messages

Your profile

• Completed training in a technical or craftsmanship Occupation, e.g. plant mechanic SHK, heating and ventilation manufacturer, Gas and water heater (w/m/d)

• First professional experience in building technology | Haustechnik | House management or mobile home technology of advantage

• Handicraft skill, customer-oriented appearance and action and team skills

• Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (incl. Additional remuneration)

• Class B licence
