• Complete training in the field of building cleaning or long-term professional experience / specialist building cleaning desirable
• More than 3 years of professional experience in building cleaning, of which at least 1 year in a comparable management position
• High professional competence and experience in the professional, sparten-specific consulting of customers
• Good knowledge of the most common office applications (e.g. MS Office, SAP)
• Very good knowledge of Word and Scripture necessary
• High customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured working style and high number affinity
• Teamability and high communication capability
• Driving licence class B, as well as readiness to travel

Your responsibility

• Organizing the objects to be responsible and customer support
• Implementation of the requirements of field management
• recruitment and introduction of new employees
• Creation of the service plan and provision of a representation scheme
• Coordination and leadership of employees
• Support for monthly closing, billing preparation
• Working time recording and working in relation to fixed-term wage billing
• Implementation of quality assurance talks and controls to optimize processes and to carry out results checks according to company specifications
• Compliance with legal regulations and internal requirements
• Implementation of quality, environmental, energy, work, and health protection

Your working hours

• From now on, limited for 1 year with option to takeover
• Full time, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 5 days/week
