Maintenance and rinsing of terminal collection points and implementation of measures to ensure compliance with drinking water hygiene

Work in sensitive hospital areas in accordance with health and safety requirements

Documentation & quality control Careful and complete documentation of all maintenance, testing and repair work in the central Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS / CAFM)

detection of spare parts and maintenance of supply-critical components in the spare part bearing

Preparation and monitoring of recurring audits by external experts and authorities

Internal communication & interfaces Close exchange and coordination with the medical specialist, the care service and the hygiene officer during pending work

Instruction of external service providers and other companies as well as monitoring of assembly and maintenance work in the house

Complete vocational training as plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water installer, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration or a comparable technical qualification

Found professional experience in the maintenance and maintenance of building equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation) – ideally in the clinical or commercial environment

Impressed service and service orientation as well as a friendly, professional appearance towards clinic staff and patients

Valid driving licence of class B desirable
