Number: MER0003WK0 The future of mobility is networked, intelligent and electric. At Mercedes-Benz we actively shape this future. Our team is responsible for the Remote Cloud Testing (RCT) – the innovative diagnostic interface to the vehicle, which ensures smooth E/E operation of our control units. We work at the spearhead of technology to ensure the quality and functionality of our vehicles already in development. As part of our agile team, you actively support us in the further development and safeguarding of our test infrastructure. Your main tasks include: Development and implementation of test cases in Python to ensure the functionality of control units and the RCT interface Integration of the developed test cases into our existing test framework Analysis and optimization of existing test programs also written in Python Support in running and evaluating Remote Cloud Tests Participation in error analysis and correction in the context of E/E operation Documentation of the developed test cases and test results The activity can begin from mid-March 2026.

Study programme in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering or comparable study programme Very good programming knowledge in Python Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Ideally, first experiences with test frameworks and the development of automated tests Basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, bus systems (CAN, Ethernet) or control units are advantageous, but no requirement Embossed analytical thinking and a structured working method Teamability, initiative and a high level of learning Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with an indication of the semester and proof of the regular study period.
