Housekeeping Management Neeffhaus (m/f/d)

We are looking for you for the Frauenwohnheim Neeffhaus, an institution of the own business life and living of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place is to be occupied in parttime (75 to 90%) and indefinitely. In Stuttgart, in its eight facilities of stationary long-term care, an outpatient service at several locations, various facilities for the elderly, day care, an encounter in two facilities of the housing emergency aid of over 1,500 people. You are responsible for the entire field of domestic and domestic engineering You have staff responsibility for currently three employees You motivate residents who help in the domestic industry and direct them to You are a contact person for all hygiene questions You are responsible for procurement and coordinate repair and maintenance work As part of the quality management, you will develop the business sector further conceptually

A completed three-year training for domestic or domestic managers or a comparable training, with additional pedagogical qualification, e.g. as head of work Including professional experience High empathy in dealing with women between the ages of 18 and about 80 who are in special social difficulties Self-employed, structured working and organisational staff Ability to work together in an interdisciplinary team The willingness to participate in our regulated service plan system and to take on call and occasional day services at weekends
