Hey! We sell baked goods to the German food trade. Our company is the Swedish bakery Pågen, founded in 1878 by Anders and Matilda Påhlsson in Malmö. Since then we have been freshly baked daily in our bakeries in Malmö and Gothenburg in Sweden. The delicious bakery products are available in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, but are also exported to other European countries. Pågen GmbH in Hamburg is responsible for the business in Germany. In addition to various breads, our Gifflar – the tasty Swedish cinnamon snails you definitely know! You become part of our small customer service team You work about. 30 hours a week in our office You support us Tuesday and Friday all day, the other days we speak You collect orders and support the execution You plan, coordinate and monitor delivery dates You create invoices and credits You're working on complaints You collect and care master data and perform statistics

You have the right attitude to work, are reliable and resilient You are interested in learning to You don't lose the overview as quickly as possible, like to organize and show commitment A completed commercial vocational training or professional experience in a comparable field of activity would be a plus point You can deal with MS Office and ideally with MS Dynamics 365 You have sufficient English and very good German knowledge in word and writing You like working in a small team
