Welding Master / Welding Instructor (m/f/d)

Learning and further developing our welders (new positions and long-term employees) Practical and theoretical training in all relevant welding processes (MIG/MAG, WIG, electrode) Training of welders for special and additional qualifications (e.g. CWB, customer-specific requirements) Ordering, organization and professional support of the regular welder tests Preparation of welders for demanding national and international tests (especially Canada / USA) Creation of welding sequence plans in cooperation with technical office (TB), work preparation (AV) and manufacturing fixing of the welding sequences in drawings and production-oriented documents Monitoring, monitoring and optimization of welding processes directly in production Defining practical quality standards in line with quality assurance

Complete training in a metal profession with further training to the welding master, welding expert or welding teacher Multi-year, well-founded practical experience in industrial welding production Very good knowledge of the welding process MIG/MAG, WIG and electrode Experience in the training, guidance and testing of welders Secure understanding of drawings, welding sequences and manufacturing requirements High practical orientation – you can not only explain welding technology, but also introduce it Clear, solution-oriented communication and joy in cooperation with manufacturing Good German knowledge
