We, the company Vennes Erd- und Tiefbau Abbruch GmbH & Co. KG, are a future-oriented construction company with state-of-the-art technical equipment and long-term employees. Our core competence is earth construction, civil engineering, special depth construction and demolition. We made sales of € 39 million in 2025 with our 85 employees. For the expansion of our costing department, we are looking as soon as possible for a calibrator(s) with experience in the field of earth and civil engineering and/or demolition.

Costing of general earth and civil engineering projects up to a project size of € 10 million Also / or only costing of demolition projects Creation of offers and possible alternative offers, as well as the support of the projects with regard to follow-up management You support the management of various award portals and are always up to date on current developments in procurement law You enter offers and prices during the costing phase and support the projects within the order phase You are working on optimizing standardized cost calculation methods

You have preferably successfully completed a training in the field of construction or can provide a comparable degree and have technical understanding You already have several years of experience in costing You're paying You are independent, have good organizational and communication skills and a high sense of responsibility You are a team player and can work with others to achieve a goal together You are ready to get to know new programs and processes Ideally, you have good knowledge of general (MS-Office) and industry-specific computer applications (BPS-BAU)
