For our group Bautechnik we are looking for a group management (m/w/d) construction technology at the Essen site as soon as possible.

This position serves the purpose of targeted knowledge transfer – to ensure long-term expertise and continuous further development.

Leadership and further development of the group as a double-headed group with a further group management such as target, delegation, communication and promotion of employees Controlling and ensuring the technical planning services of water-economic projects in all phases of HOAI’s performance with regard to costs, dates and quality Budget responsibility for the group Development of internal standards, planning instructions and technical rules Development of standardised performance descriptions and cost indicators and the representation of EG/LV in committees and bodies

Completed university degree (Master/Dipl.-Ing.) or comparable qualification with long-term professional experience Including professional experience in the field of planning and construction of water systems Good knowledge of technical regulations, standards and legislation, BIM methodology, procurement law and relevant IT systems Leadership and experience in project management Embossed communication and team skills, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
