Inhouse Consultant / Project Manager (m/f/d)

• Advice in the offer phase: You support the project manager in the calculation phase, define project processes, tool and resource requirements and identify savings potentials – for example by standardization or automation. • Resource management: You propose an optimal project occupation, identify key roles as well as required skills and thus support efficient staffing of project engineers and CAD personnel. • Project Guide: Together with the project manager, you will develop a project-specific manual as a guide and documentation basis. You define methods, tools and standards, introduce them to the project team and define regular test routines. • Skill & training management: You analyze the skills of project engineers and CAD personnel and derive necessary training, training and coaching measures. • Process & change management: You establish a structured feedback and reflection culture, document learning effects and optimization potentials and continuously update the project guide based on them.

• You have a commercial-construction training or a completed study, preferably in civil engineering, engineering, engineering, engineering, economics or a corresponding qualification from a comparable discipline. • Ideally, you have already gained experience in areas such as project management methods, process development, process optimization, change management, organisational or corporate development, personnel development, team development, digital transformation, lean management or agile working methods. • You have knowledge of digital tools as well as a pronounced methodological competence for the efficient planning and control of projects. Ideally, programs like Civil 3D, Revit, QGIS or ArcGIS are familiar to you. • Experience in the introduction and implementation of processes, standards and tools as well as in resource planning, coordination and development is advantageous.
