HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

You are a Sparringspartner*in for executives and employees, advise on labour law and personal issues and actively shape HR processes with a view to the whole. You support employee talks and make sure that both employees and executives feel well accompanied. You are responsible for recruiting in your care area and accompany managers from need clarification to successful occupation. You ensure the timely and quality-oriented implementation of central HR processes (e.g. offboarding, salary checks, return calls). You work closely with our other HR areas such as payroll, personnel and organizational development and HR administration to ensure consistent, smooth and high-quality personnel work. You will evaluate HR metrics (e.g. fluctuation, absenteeism, contract types) and provide standard reporting and support in deriving and implementing measures. You question existing processes, introduce optimisation ideas and contribute to continuous improvement.

You have a completed professional training with training as a personal businessman or a successfully completed relevant course of study (e.g. BWL, Jura, Business Psychology; B.A. or Diploma). You have several years of professional experience in a generalistic HR function, ideally as a HR business partner or in a comparable role. You bring good labour law knowledge with you and move safely into personal questions. You are routined in dealing with MS Office and ideally have experience with HR systems, ideally SAP. Very good knowledge of German as well as a structured, careful and solution-oriented way of working distinguish you. You think networked, advise managers confidently and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Team spirit, trustworthiness and an appreciation of people are of course for you.
