You process technical and organizational tasks in the field of service for combat simulators and shooting observation systems You carry out service operations and periodic and preventive maintenance at national and international locations The systematic troubleshooting and elimination of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components is part of your task You support customer training as well as sample installations, structures, integrations and commissioning of simulators As part of the standby service, ensure the technical availability of the equipment You carry out subassemblies and repairs and assist in the supply of spare parts The care and management of relevant databases as well as the monitoring of quality specifications take care of yourself You support the preparation of complaints and warranties You create and maintain internal reporting
