You will be part of our reception team, which currently consists of 10 employees From first contact to check-out, you make sure that our guests feel comfortable all around You enter the entire reservation process: advise guests by phone, first send offers by email and process bookings You are active at check-in, attend the guests during their stay and cordially agree to them at check-out As an important interface, you coordinate guest wishes with housekeeping, kitchen and other departments You get exciting insights into hotel management and support in marketing, human resources and organizational tasks
