For the organization unit service provider control and pricing model, we are looking for the next possible date for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Lead Expert in the area of service provider control and price model (m/w/d).

As a central IT service provider of the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe, our aim is to provide the institutes with a regulatory-compliant control in a professional manner. You will be part of a team responsible for this function with the following topics: The FI reporting system for service provider control by the savings banks The range of services described in the product catalogue with its control-relevant properties (e.g. range of functions, service levels) The corresponding price and offer model of the FI The management of the central platform for control with the panel “Committee on Price Model, Service Provider Control and Risks (APD)”

General responsibility for the service level management and perception of the 2nd LoD incl. structural and methodological further development of the service level concept and service level process Accompanying external audits (e.g. according to IDW PS 951) and contact person for revision issues Demand-oriented continuation of the price and offer model of the FI and representation of the business unit in the internal price committee Support and further development of the product catalogue as an illustration of the performance portfolio of financial information technology Supporting the area management in the continuous optimization and successful implementation of special projects in the area Analysis of complex issues in the regulatory environment (e.g. new regulatory requirements such as DORA) as the basis for a further development of the business processes responsible in the field Preparation and implementation of internal and external meetings by incorporating and coordinating with the different stakeholders Regular technical and content preparation and communication of information as a basis for the higher management level and advice of department management
