IT Purchasing Clerk – Part-time (50%)

Planning, control and establishment of new procurement instruments with an interinstitutional impact on purchasing Responsible establishment of artificial intelligence in the daily purchasing process – from identification of suitable process steps to their technical analysis and development of scenarios to final modeling, testing and establishment in and for specific procurement procedures Participation for the Purchasing department in the central MPG migration project on S4/HANA – here identification and solution of all purchase/disclosure-relevant topics both in terms of the conversion of the backend and of the central purchasing system of the MPG (SAP‐SRM) to a successor product Conception and implementation of procurement procedures with a focus on the IT segment at all necessary stages Central contact person of the Staff Office for these new procurement instruments and systems, as well as representation of the purchasing interests in all relevant project meetings, including all necessary preparation and development

Successfully completed university or bachelor studies (e.g. as a graduate administrator or a degree in another relevant field) or comparable skills and experiences Experience in dealing with AI applications, ideally in the field of shopping, or the willingness to work into appropriate systems Insufficient professional experience, ideally in compliance with public procurement rules, as an alternative knowledge of these rules Responsibility in procurement matters and relevant technical aspects Proactive and service-oriented mode of operation, which is targeted, structured and conscientious, also under time pressure Representative communication skills and partnership-oriented cooperation Flowing German knowledge and ideally good English knowledge in word and writing

Within the framework of a fixed-term employment relationship for 5 years in part-time (50%), we offer you, depending on the qualifications and professional experience, a payment up to the pay group 11 TVöD (Bund) and various social benefits.
