As Head of Department (m/w/d) Land and Local Engineering as well as Motor Equipment, you are actively contributing to the future of the company. They consistently drive the sales orientation of the three areas, integrate workshop and service services into the sales strategy and develop the organization economically, digitally and humanly. Responsibility for sales, workshop and shop Control and Optimization of Business Areas Close gearing of workshop and sales for economic development Analysis, redesign and optimization of areas Digitization and professionalisation of internal processes and processes Guided tour and development of about 25 employees Close cooperation with management, marketing and spare parts

Leadership experience in a medium-sized sales or service environment Knowledge of the agricultural, municipal or motor equipment industry Entrepreneurial thinking with high sales and digital affinity Experience in process optimization and organisational development Impressed leadership and motivation skills, coupled with willingness to change and implementation Safe in handling MS-Office and goods management systems
