We offer you an indefinite job at our Cologne or Frankfurt am Main locations as soon as possible Project Controls Manager (m/w/d) Your duties Cost, timing and progress controlling: Takeover of overall responsibility for large projects over EUR 100 million, including building and maintaining project budgets, schedules and forecasts Project Reporting: Ensuring a transparent project reporting using methods such as Earned Value Analysis and Cashflow Analysis for meaningful reporting Risk and Change Management: Identification, Assessment and Management of Project Risks and Opportunities and Support for Change, Subsequent and Claim Management Analysis and measures: Analysis of cost and time developments, derivation and follow-up of countermeasures Team leadership and cooperation: leadership and further development of the project team, close cooperation with project management and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards Your profile Educational and professional background: Completed studies in engineering, economics or civil engineering with well-founded experience in Project Controlling, especially in major projects Technical expertise: Practical experience in cost- and time-oriented project controlling on construction sites, with excellent knowledge in SAP and project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project as well as in cost controlling Analytical skills: High number affinity and analytical skills, coupled with a very good understanding of complex project relationships Personal characteristics: Structured, independent functioning, sovereign appearance and pronounced communication strength Language and Additional Qualifications: Procuring German and good English skills; ideally additional qualifications in project management or scheduling, such as PMI SP Your advantages Field of Activity/ Remuneration: An independent and interesting activity at a future-proof exciting workplace awaits you.
