These are your activities

• care and care of the people living with us and the shaping of the community life of our inhabitants:
• computerized documentation of services in a modern documentation system
• Implementation of the facility-specific care conception as well as active support and cooperation in further development (Care-Ethik/Kinästhetik)
• Implementation of quality assurance and participation in quality circles and projects
• Instruction of trainees and interns:inside
• estimating cooperation with relatives, volunteers: in addition to other departments and services
