Contract Manager (m/f/d)

Own processing and management of insurance contracts over the entire contract lifecycle. Creation, testing and tracking of contract documents, offers and submissions. Support of customer advisors in day-to-day business as well as contract extensions and stock management. Coordination and correspondence with customers, insurers and internal departments. Maintenance and quality assurance of contract and customer data in the inventory systems. Participation in the optimization of internal processes and service processes.

Your previous qualification is meaningful – you have successfully completed a training as a merchant for insurance and finance (m/w/d) or comparable training. First professional experience in internal services, contract management or customer support – ideally in the insurance or broker environment. Structured, careful and service-oriented operation. Organisational skills and pleasure in coordinating different contact persons. Safe handling of MS Office and good knowledge of German in word and writing.
