With us you can take responsibility from the beginning You test and process applications and address our candidates along the application process In addition, create and switch job advertisements In doing so, you talk to our departments to identify suitable talents By working in internal projects, you develop recruiting processes You support Active Sourcing via LinkedIn and talk interesting profiles directly to You also support the Recruiting team in the daily business

You are immatriculated in a course of studies with an economic or spiritual discipline You could already gain first experience in recruiting or HR Ideally, you also bring experience in Active Sourcing You work proactively and independently, you are team-oriented and highly communication Very good German (min. C1) and English skills complete your profile
