You have a clear look for risks and a passion for negotiations. As a commercial employee - Claim Management/Claim (m/w/d) you take over the damage management, check and process claims and actively engage in fair solutions – be it with customers, suppliers or internal stakeholders.

If you have experience in contract law, you can work in the team and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment like IronMaxx, come to our team! You're expecting Operative Examination and processing of claims and complaints from contract and project transactions Total damage management and claim verification Identification and assessment of potential risks and contractual aspects to control them proactively and risk analysis and audit Independent negotiation with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to clarify claims and achieve satisfactory solutions Careful documentation of all relevant processes and regular reporting to management Development and implementation of measures to optimize damage processing processes to minimize risks and process optimization Close cooperation with the departments Supply Chain Management, Sales, Finance, etc.

Education Completed commercial training or completed studies in the field of BWL, finance or similar Experience First professional experience in claim management or in a similar position Good knowledge of contract law and experience in negotiating and solving conflicts Secure handling of MS Office and ERP systems, e.g. SAP German and English language skills in word and writing Soft Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Analytical thinking and structured working
