Employee Insurance Management (m/f/d)

Control insurance & manage damage. In your role in the Insurance and Damage Management team, you are a contact person around our insurance companies. You check damages, register them with insurers and accompany the entire settlement – structured and with a clear view for details. You stand in exchange with internal interfaces and external partners and make sure everything runs smoothly. Operational damage management. A special focus is on the processing and coordination of damage, for example through tap water, storm, vandalism or wild animals. You prepare damage cases professionally, take the correspondence and make sure that deadlines are complied with. You can process customer queries with service oriented. Contract data under control. In addition to the operational damage management, you take care of the care of our insurance cataster for building and liability insurance. You check insurance premiums, coordinate payments and keep all relevant contractual data in mind. Secure stocks & new building projects. You accompany new construction projects, soar for the timely notification to insurers and make sure that all necessary policies are completed in time. The integration of new objects as well as the adaptation of insurance sums in modernization are also your responsibility.

Your personality: You are convinced by your communication strength and will be safe for internal contacts, customers and insurers. You can explain complex facts and remain solution-oriented with different interests. In dealing with damages, you show empathy and a pronounced service understanding. Your structured way of working helps you to keep track of and maintain deadlines reliably even in parallel processes. Your experience: Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in damage processing and insurance and feel safe in this environment. You have good computer skills and work safely with common Microsoft Office applications. Ideally, you’ve already gained first experience with SAP Blue Eagle or are ready to work into new systems quickly. Your training: You have a completed commercial training, ideally as an insurance businessman or with a comparable qualification.
