Operational support of the location and medical management at the laboratory locations Baden-Baden, Idar-Oberstein and Kaiserslautern as well as active cooperation in the daily business. Support in personal-relevant topics, such as administrative HR processes, personnel documentation and shift and holiday planning. Participation in the recruiting and onboarding process, such as coordination of applications, appointment of interviews and the incorporation of new employees. Organising coordination of the laboratory daily and ensuring smooth operations at the interface between the laboratory, administration and the service areas of the Intermed. Own operational implementation of defined tasks as well as cooperation in site-related and cross-area projects. Support in the implementation of organisational and strategic measures at the site, including the creation of evaluations, documentation and decision-making templates. Trustful, solution-oriented cooperation with the location and medical management and the service areas of the Intermed.

Multiannual professional and leadership experience in laboratory management or in a comparable management function, ideally with responsibility for several locations. Impressed leadership and communication skills with an appraising, binding occurrence and experience in dealing with change processes and conflict situations. Willingness to continue professional and personal development as well as the motivation to continuously expand your own knowledge and actively pursue current developments in laboratory diagnostics, management and digitization.
