Layer system (breakfast, late, night), residents:inside with different levels of care, coordination with domestic physician:inside and therapeutic professionals, decubitusprophylaxis – responsibly and varied. You work for agreed periods in stationary care facilities outside your residence and are available throughout Germany.

• You work closely with doctors in your home: women, therapeutic professionals and other stakeholders and ensure that information is kept up and up to date. • Care planning, measures implementation and evaluation are part of your nursing responsibility — you ensure that every resident and every resident is individually and professionally supplied. • You combine professional basic care with a secure view for individual needs and ensure that nursing measures are implemented professionally and towards each other. • You document care processes, observations and measures professionally so that decisions and handovers can take place on a clean basis.
