Hearing Aid Acoustician Customer Support in Hamburg (m/f/d)

As a hearing acoustician - Customer Support m/w/d), you work both in our HQ in the Hamburger Speicherstadt and in our shop in the city centre. In this versatile role, you combine customer consulting, technical expertise and digital acoustics at the highest level. You accompany people along their entire listening journey - from the first test phase to distance adaptation to long-term care. At the same time, you actively shape processes and work closely with our mobile acoustic masters to create the best possible solution for every listening experience.

Customer Support: You are the expert for our customers on all questions about hearing acoustics and answer them via e-mail & phone and also provide our mobile hearing acoustics with all important information on standards and processes so that the field service runs smoothly. Remote Sales Guide: You take the Staffelstab after the first appointment on site. You keep the thread in your hand, actively accompany the customer through the test phase and make sure that a sample becomes a real experience of success. Remote support & after-sales: You build the bridge via screen. Whether filter change, handling or everyday questions – you carry out video sessions independently and solve problems where You arise: at eye level and in real time. Remote fitting: You use the digital platforms of manufacturers for targeted remote adjustments. Based on the feedback from your customers, you will miss the final touch to the hearing aids without anyone having to get back to the car. Team collaboration: You're the closest ally of our field service acupuncturer. You share the adjustment history, adjust supply cases and work hand in hand for the perfect result. Process design: You have a look for the whole thing. You recognize patterns in customer feedback, document seamlessly and help us to get a bit better every day by analyzing KPIs (like customer satisfaction and return rate). Flexible applications: You are flexible at two different locations - in our HQ in the storage city as well as in our shop in the city centre of Hamburg.

We are looking for a Gesellen or Master (m/w/d), who enjoys hearing acoustics and is tech-environment: Prerequisite: Complete training as a hearing acoustician or master (m/w/d). You have bite in the sales process. You know how to motivate customers and digitally defuse objections. You love the contact via video and phone. You radiate competence and tranquillity, even if the technology at the customer's time. Structure is your second first name. You document precisely so that your colleague can blindly trust in your work. You think business and understand that customer satisfaction and measurable successes (KPIs) belong together.
