Support for team management in all aspects of infrastructure construction and operation in the scientific environment Participation in the development of research and work infrastructure Support in the coordination of infrastructure requirements between science, administration and technical services Participation in the planning, coordination and implementation of infrastructure projects Independent processing and coordination of subtasks and follow-up of project progress on behalf of the team management Identification of appropriate technical and organizational solutions and relevant contact partners in infrastructure and scientific facility management Participation in the development and development of the scientific facility management at the Institute Creation of decision bases, concepts, reports and presentations Coordination of communication between the participating internal and external actors Taking over further conceptual, coordinating and organisational tasks in the field of research and work infrastructure in accordance with the requirements of the Institute

Academic degree in engineering, natural sciences, architecture, industrial engineering, facility management, technical management or a comparable discipline Experience in the coordination, planning or implementation of infrastructure, construction or organizational projects, ideally in the scientific or public environment Understanding the requirements of modern research and work infrastructures and interdisciplinary working environments Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and to develop conceptual solutions Designed organizational skills and an independent, structured and careful way of working High communication and coordination competence as well as safe occurrence in exchange with science, administration and technical services Ability to combine different interests and to accompany voting processes in a targeted manner
