Teamleiter (m/w/d)

These tasks await you with us:

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• You actively advance the continuous development of processes within your team
• Your tasks also include personnel deployment planning, the identification and forwarding of personnel development needs and the implementation of employee discussions
• In addition, you can provide external cleaning services at the Venne and Rödinghausen sites
• You are responsible for the organisation and coordination of cleaning work and act as a contact person (m/w/d) for all employees in cleaning topics
• Monitoring and compliance with work and safety regulations is also your responsibility
• To a small extent or in representation situations, you actively work with the cleaning team, in particular in the area of maintenance cleaning of the administrative building in Rödinghausen
• In addition, you can monitor cleaning in the works as well as in the administration building
• They conduct price negotiations and take over the order of cleaning materials for the Rödinghausen and Venne sites
• In cooperation with the respective specialist departments and an external cleaning company, you also organize the cleaning measures before, during and after our house fair
