We are looking for a dedicated workshop management (m/w/d) at the next possible time to run our workshop.

• Organisation, control and further development of the daily workshop • Professional leadership, operational planning and support of the workshop team • Planning, coordination and prioritization of maintenance, repair and testing orders • Ensure the ready-to-use, quality and safety of our lifts and construction machines • Implementation and monitoring of maintenance, repairs, functional testing and UVV testing • fault diagnosis of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical assemblies • Coordination of service and repair operations with our customers • Organisation of spare parts, tools and tools • Close communication and coordination between workshop, disposition and transport • Documentation of the work carried out and coordination with MRP and administration • Responsibility for a safe, clean and well organized workshop process

Complete technical training, e.g. as land and construction machine mechatronics, KFZ mechanic, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the field of construction machines, commercial vehicles, hydraulics, work platforms or a comparable technical environment Experience in managing or coordinating a workshop team Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working Service and customer orientation as well as pleasure in team work Driving licence class B; class BE, C or CE is advantageous
