The BBK is the head office of the Federal Government for National Crisis Management in Germany. We ensure the quality of crisis management in a central coordination role with federal, international and cross-sector partners. In view of this task, our interdisciplinary team is growing steadily. We are looking for unlimited duration at the next time a specialist (w/m/d) for Unit B.4 ''Additional Civil Protection Training'' E 11 TVöD (Bund) at Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.

Conceptual development – you develop and evaluate concepts to strengthen the self-help capacity of the population including the training of nurses and support the implementation and optimization. Grant management – you design, implement and optimize the handling of grant programs (including financial aspects). For example, check the mid-calls, the proofs of use and also work in the course of on-site checks during the success checks. You are the contact person for the recipients and take over administrative advice. In addition, you take over the examination of the applications for funding and create the corresponding payment decision. Controlling – You take responsibility for the internal and external reporting of the unit.

You have a university degree (Bachelor/ Diploma [FH]) with reference to the subject area e.g. Public Management, Administration and Business Administration. As an alternative, you as an official have the career capability for the federal or national senior official service or have the successful completion to the administrative specialist/administrative, employee training II. Ideally, you have knowledge of the right to grant. In case of lack of knowledge, you are willing to acquire these in the short term. Experience from the care sector and knowledge of the structures of the protection of the population in Germany are of advantage. You like to work in the team and act very service-oriented. You communicate competently and appear address-oriented. You have a very good oral and written expressive capacity (German C2 according to GER) and English knowledge (German B1 GER) and are always diplomatic and sovereign in dealing with a variety of interest groups. You like to work independently, result-oriented, structured, can adapt flexibly to different expectations and needs and appreciate the responsibility for your task. The willingness to travel is assumed. Since our tasks are safety-relevant and event-oriented, we need your willingness to extend the safety review and to participate in the BBK crisis organisation.

Application of officials – If you are in an official relationship, we will take you up to the grade A 11 at the same level by means of a disorder with the aim of the transfer.
