HR BUSINESS PARTNER M/W/D Wolfsburg

The body is limited to 1 year in the context of a parental leave. At the Wolfsburg site, we support storage and supply logistics and ensure reliable belt supply. Our team from the operating and administrations tackles challenges and manages them. We work together as a team, appreciate ourselves and can rely on each other. As a HR Business Partner, you will take over the following tasks: Close cooperation with the Head of HR Region Germany as well as the regional management and competent advice on labour law and personal issues Discipline and professional leadership of the Referentin Personalmanagement for the staff management of two management companies of the Schnellecke Group Confidential and constructive cooperation with the holding board and the works councils of the German locations Creation, development and support of the implementation of business agreements Total responsibility for the HR process map of personnel management processes in the region of Germany including the roll-out of process changes at the German locations Definition and implementation of HR standards for new projects with temporary presence on site Active participation and project responsibility in regional HR projects, including the establishment of a single HR key figures system and the introduction of a job assessment system Responsibility for the training modules on labour law Support to Head of HR in Budget Planning, Forecast Creation, Annual Financial Statements and New Calls

Complete studies in the field of law, human resources management or a comparable qualification Multi-annual professional experience Excellent interpersonal, communicative and advisory skills Proactive, solution-oriented and safe in the implementation of change and improvement initiatives Analytical thinking and a sovereign appearance
