You carefully and reliably incorporate contract data from our customers into our systems and thus ensure a stable basis in the daily business. With your sense of detail, you can advance our billing processes and help our customers to rely on a smooth process. You are in a telephone and in writing in exchange with customers and cost-beneficiaries and create a communication that is clear, binding and service-oriented. You can also keep track of questions or complaints, find pragmatic solutions and work closely with customers, cost-beneficiaries and internal teams.

You have a completed training, preferably in the commercial sector, and want to introduce your know-how in a service-oriented environment.
