Working Student – Customer Service and Order Processing (m/f/d)

We offer our customers more than 8,000 wines of about 1,000 of the best winemakers in the world via our online shop at www.gute-weine.de. With our 50-member team we work with a lot of passion and heart on our mission to reveal the inexhaustible joy of life to our customers through our hand-picked wines of passionate winemakers. Our vision is clear: together we work on the wine trade of tomorrow. For this we are looking for a working student (w/m/d) at the next possible time, who supports us in customer service & order processing for about 20 hours/week.

In the field of customer service & order processing, you are a central point of contact in the daily operating business: After appropriate processing, you will quickly and reliably process inquiries and orders from customers and will work together in the team for smooth processes. In the customer service, you are mainly in contact with our B2C customers, but also with our B2B partners. With your careful, structured and solution-oriented approach, you make an important contribution to high customer satisfaction and efficiency in our logistics and administration.

Practice: Your degree course is secondary – important is that you are entrusted with general office organization, administration and customer support, ideally even have experience in it. Due flexibility: You work extremely quickly in new topics and software solutions, keeps track of high maize and know how to prioritize your tasks properly. Mindset: You address issues with a hand-on mentality, always find suitable solutions for our customers and work out data precisely and without errors. Communication skills: You convince with very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a friendly, empathic and professional sound in customer contact. Working methods: More important than know-how about wine is your reliable, conscientious and independent way of addressing your tasks. Previous bird: We are looking for support early in the morning (Monday with longer shift) – you have the pleasure and your study times fit.
