We advise them, take care of their approval and ensure the plausibility, economic efficiency and quality of medical services. In the Competence Center for Accounting, we provide our members with a customer-friendly and cost-, cost- and time-appropriate billing of their medical services in statutory health insurance. According to the motto: simple and cost-effective billing, full fee and a transparent feedback – so that our members know what You are at any time. At the same time, we ensure compliance with all legal requirements and continuously optimize our processes to strengthen the financial stability of our members. Our team of experts efficiently and transparently announces fees, processes contradictions and represents the interests of KVB in disputed cases before the Social Court.

As part of our succession planning, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d) in the field of accounting. You take responsibility for the smooth, timely and professional work and organisational process in billing. Your tasks include: The professional and disciplinary leadership of the approximately 15 employees in the team. You operate operatively and work with their team routined to ensure the timely process sequences for settlement. This also includes the initiation of the dunning procedure and the factual and mathematical examination of the contractual accounts of our members. You participate in department-internal working groups and projects and support the regional management in basic topics and in special tasks. You act within the organisation and for the members of the KVB as a competent contact person in all the issues related to your task.

Completed training in healthcare (specialist) or comparable training First management experience Very good knowledge of contract medical billing and EBM as well as knowledge of procedural law Good MS Office knowledge Innovation readiness and joy in active co-design in the optimization of IT-supported solutions Ideally very good knowledge of KVB internal processes as well as the KVB-specific programs (OpenKV)
