Customer management: You are responsible for a firm customer base in the field of occupational pensions, but also other pension modules are part of your task (company health insurance, time value accounts, private retirement and health care). Performance calculation & precautionary planning: You are creating suggestions for customer-specific requirements about all precautionary components and as an interface between the customer and the external service. Digital Data Management: You care and manage the digital customer data for your inventory. First-level support: You advise our customers on issues related to existing contracts and offers. Process development & project support: You are working on internal projects and on the ongoing optimization of our processes and external portals This is just a detail of what awaits you with us. You will also recognize yourself in the following points: Qualification: You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position with an insurance broker, insurer or a corresponding area of another company. Professional experience: You have well-founded knowledge in the areas of occupational and private pensions and health care.
