Successfully completed training as a land and construction machine mechatronic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification, ideally with master's degree Multiannual professional experience in workshop practice with agricultural machinery, equipment or construction machinery, preferably in agricultural or technical trade First leadership experience or strong willingness to take responsibility for a workshop team Technical knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical/electronics and diagnostic and documentation systems Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as pronounced service and customer orientation Communication strength, enforcement capacity and joy in team collaboration
