In the Customs and Export Control function, you will report to the Export Control Head. The task is to ensure that all customs, export and external economic transactions are handled in compliance with national and international regulations. Independent processing and monitoring of import and export operations for the parent company in Aerzen and its German daughters Perform and monitor the sanction screening Creation and verification of customs and export documents in the customs system Maintenance of all existing customs authorisations Timely notifications to customs authorities Testing/recognition of origin and preferential calculations Examination of offers and orders to comply with export control rules Maintenance and control of master data (customs tariff numbers, country of origin) and, where appropriate, Tariffing of goods Processing of all relevant export and customs formalities Implementation of internal training and consultation on customs and export issues Support for customs audits
