You are actively involved in the day-to-day business of the Haustechnik team. You coordinate the commercial and commercial processes within the Facility Management team. You control the task distribution as well as the previous planning preparation. You are anxious for the professional leadership and the incorporation of employees. You create the deployment plan. You perform administrative activities (document of object visits, inspections, maintenance, testing etc.). You receive service providers in the branch and check the work done. You are responsible for the Facility Management Audits.

You bring a completed commercial or technical training. You have specialist experience in facility management or craftsmanship. You already provide initial experience in the professional management of employees. You are practiced in handling PC applications, Microsoft Office applications.
